Ergonomic design has been a core focus for ease of label and pad roll changes to minimize production down time.
Pad Machine
Our fully automated single lane Padding machine works for produce, fruits, fish, poultry, meats and alternative proteins. The modular design denests the container, applies a shot of glue then inserts the absorbent padding material, then upstacks the products at speeds up to 170-200 parts per minute.

1Lb Label Machine
Our fully automated single lane Labeling machine denests the products, applies a top label and bottom UPC label via (2) label applicators from above, then upstacks the products at speeds up to 225ppm. Impressive flexibility from 4.4oz clamshells up to 4lb clamshells.
Our fully automated Dual Pad and Label Combo offers a 2nd Pad Placing Mechanism, fully integrated for compatibility with the popular dual compartment 12oz clamshells. This machine denests the product, applies a shot of glue then inserts the absorbent padding material, applies top label and bottom UPC label via (2) label applicators from below, then upstacks the products at speeds up to 200+ parts per minute.

In-Line Label
Our fully automated single In-Line Bottle Labeling machine applies pressure-sensitive/self-adhesive labels to bottles, cans, and containers. Built on AB Technology’s modular frame architecture with a stainless-steel conveyor, it delivers reliable application for full wrap, partial wrap, front/back, and top/bottom labeling—while fitting cleanly into new or existing Excelis lines.
Counter
Count stacked and nested products with extreme accuracy and adjustability for all clamshells with adequate nesting gaps. Display is equipped with an Auto-Reset to zero that will automatically reset after a stack has been counted, and is fully adjustable to operator’s preference.
